There is no denying how much medical technology has improved our lives, especially in the face of life threatening conditions or illnesses. A prime example of this is in cases of renal failure, patients are able to undergo hemodialysis treatment to purify their blood. These treatments can prolong a patient's life but also requires ample time and sacrifice.

One of SNT's major projects is to support hospital dialysis programs by setting up the required infrastructure for patients to be able to receive dialysis treatment at home. Rather than commuting 3 to 4 times a week to the hospital or clinic for 3 to 4 hour treatments, dialysis treatment can be done at home, as frequently as required. Treatment can also be done nocturnally, providing patients with many advantages, such as better blood pressure management, reduced wash-out symptoms and perhaps most importantly, they are able to regain independence in terms of valuable daytime hours to spend with their families or resume their goals.

Finding innovative ways to increase accessibility of services and supplies for both healthcare providers and patients to focus on higher priorities is what our team at SNT Medical will always strive for.
